@Ryan Simply create a loop around the script that handles all VMHosts. Like so:
==================
Connect-VIServer “MYVCSERVER”
ForEach ($VMHost in Get-VMHost)
{
CODE TO CHANGE LICENSE SERVER (copy/paste from quotes and remove the line that starts with $VMHost= )
}
Disconnect-VIServer -Confirm:$False
==================
